Three Pension Legal Services, Each Clearly Scoped

Each service is self-contained, priced in advance, and concludes with a written document the client keeps for their own records.

Our Methodology

How We Handle Pension Legal Work

Each matter at sukhothinz follows a consistent pattern: a thorough reading of the documents the client holds, an assessment of what the position appears to be under the relevant legislation, a written note recording that assessment, and — where a further step is appropriate — the preparation and submission of a properly documented application or claim.

We do not advise clients to take steps that appear unlikely to produce a different outcome. Where the eligibility review indicates that a pension increase application is unlikely to succeed on the current record, we say so plainly and explain what would need to change before it would be worth pursuing. That honesty is part of the service.

All communications with pension authorities are conducted formally, in writing. We do not rely on telephone conversations or informal contacts to advance a file. Every letter sent and every response received is copied to the client and added to their written record.

Pension Eligibility Verification

Service One

Pension Eligibility Verification

A short, focused review in which we examine the client's current pension status and confirm in writing whether they appear to meet the contribution and age criteria for any entitlements not yet claimed. The written note produced at the end of this service is the client's working document — to be retained on file whether or not any further step is taken.

What the Service Includes

  • Careful reading of existing pension records and contribution history
  • Identification of any periods or circumstances that may unlock additional entitlements
  • Written note explaining the apparent position in plain language
  • Indication of whether a further application would appear warranted

Process Steps

1

Client provides available documents; we confirm receipt in writing.

2

Practitioner reads the record against current Social Security Act provisions.

3

Written eligibility note is produced and provided to the client.

4

If gaps in documentation are found, a supplementary list is provided.
